１９８５年にモレロス州に生まれ、ビジュアルアーティストのLiz Mevillはメキシコ市に在住しています。メキシコ、ドイツ、セネガル、日本での様々なグループ展に参加した経験があります。その上に、米国、カナダ、スイス、スペイン、ドイツ、イタリアでインディペンデントで個人的なイラストプロジェクトはブックフェアやワークショップで展示されたことがあります。イラストや絵でLiz Mevillさんは様々なメディアやフォーマットの特徴を探究します。Liz Mevillの作品のテーマは潔白や倒錯、野生やファンタシー、美やグロテスクとの相互関係で衝動が起きられる可能性に基づいます。

Born in Morelos, Mexico in 1985, Graphic Artist Liz Mevill lives and work in Mexico City. She has participated in diverse collective exhibitions and publications in Mexico, Germany, Senegal, and Japan. Her individual and independent illustration projects have been shown in different book fairs and bookshops around the world (USA, Canada, Swiss, Spain, Germany, Italy and Mexico). Through illustration and drawing, Liz explores with various media and formats. Her themes are based on her interest in the correlation between innocence and perversion, wildness and fantasy, grotesque and beauty, eroticism and sexuality, as engines of impulses and sensations.
